About Akash A. Patel, MD

I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to be able to help vulnerable people and make a meaningful difference in their lives. My philosophy of care is simple: I treat every patient as if they were my own family member, providing compassionate, personalized care and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. My clinical interests include vascular disease, with a focus on limb salvage, stroke prevention, aortic aneurysm repair, dialysis access, and venous insufficiency. I am committed to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes through evidence-based, patient-centered care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, making and listening to music, playing basketball, and watching TV and movies.
