I chose to become a doctor because I genuinely enjoy helping people improve their health and well-being. My areas of special interest include preventive care and the management of chronic health conditions, with a focus on helping patients stay healthy and achieve their long-term health goals. My approach to patient care is centered on providing individualized, patient-focused care. I believe in partnering with my patients through science-based education and recommendations so they can make informed decisions about their health. Together, we develop care plans that support their unique needs and priorities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and running.
