About Jesse Champi, MD

I chose to become a physician because I wanted to help people through some of the most difficult and limiting moments in their lives. I was drawn to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation because of its focus on the whole person, not just a diagnosis, but also how an injury or medical condition affects someone’s ability to move, work, enjoy daily activities, and live the life they want. My interest in interventional spine care grew from a passion for anatomy, clinical problem-solving, and the opportunity to help patients achieve meaningful improvements in pain and function. I enjoy taking the time to listen to my patients, understand their experiences, and work collaboratively to develop treatment plans that align with their goals. When appropriate, I incorporate minimally invasive, evidence-based procedures alongside rehabilitation and other nonoperative treatments. Ultimately, my goal is to help patients better understand their condition, feel heard and supported, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
